MANCHESTER, UK-Rockspring has acquired six industrial properties in Blackburn for Halifax Pension Nominees Ltd. The company has purchased the freehold investment in the industrial properties totaling 195,567 square feet at Walker Park for GBP 7.5 million.
Bilsdale Properties Ltd. was the seller of Units 9-12, 16 & 17 Walker Park. Current occupiers include Castle Metals, Rolled Alloys and Wincanton plc. Joiner Cummings represented the buyer, and Fletcher King represented the seller in the deal. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
