BOSTON-Brookfield Office Properties has sold Exchange Place, a 1.1-million-square-foot office tower at 53 State Street in Boston's Financial District, for $610 million. A fund advised by Connecticut-based UBS Realty Advisors LLC has paid $555 per square foot for the 40-story office building.

Current occupiers in the Exchange Place building include Goodwin Procter, Boston Consulting Group and Hill Holiday. In June, the Business Journal reported that Brookfield tapped Eastdil Secured to pick up a buyer for the tower. For the full story, go to Boston Business Journal .
