DENVER-Crow Holdings of Dallas, trading as CH Realty V/1755 Blake LLC, has purchased the 112,724-square-foot office building at 1755 Blake St. for $40.6 million. The property, developed in 2008, was sold by 1755 Blake Street LLC.
