LEBANON, OH-Freehold, New Jersey-based Monmouth Real Estate Investment Corp. has bought an industrial building measuring 51,200 square feet at 4170 Columbia Road in Lebanon for an amount of $5.1 million. The building is leased to Siemens Real Estate, a unit of Siemens AG.
