DUISBURG, GERMANY-Prologis, Inc. has purchased two logisticsfacilities in Northrhine-Westfalia. The two properties, which totalmore than 441,320 square feet, are located in Dusseldorf andDuisburg.
The logistics facility, situated in Duisburg's LogPort, containsroughly 291,701 square feet of office and distribution space andthe Dusseldorf logistics facility comprises roughly 150,371 squarefeet. Prologis has purchased the properties on behalf of itsEuropean Logistics Venture 1.
