DUISBURG, GERMANY-Prologis, Inc. has purchased two logistics facilities in Northrhine-Westfalia. The two properties, which total more than 441,320 square feet, are located in Dusseldorf and Duisburg.
The logistics facility, situated in Duisburg's LogPort, contains roughly 291,701 square feet of office and distribution space and the Dusseldorf logistics facility comprises roughly 150,371 square feet. Prologis has purchased the properties on behalf of its European Logistics Venture 1. Linklaters and DTZ advised Dexus Fund Management Ltd., the seller, while Hogan Lovells advised Prologis.
