IRVINE, CA-Boston-based AEW Capital Management LP, on behalf of an institutional client, has acquired 2050 Main St. in Irvine. A joint venture between Greenlaw Partners, Walton Street Capital LLC and Westbrook Partners was the seller of the 13-story, 315,000-square-foot office building situated at the Irvine Concourse Corporate Center in the John Wayne Airport submarket of Orange County.
