FREEHOLD, NJ-The signing of three more leases atFreehold Commons, the 40,000-square-foot officebuilding near the Monmouth County Courthouse, is a further signthat its recent renovation is succeeding, according to itslender.

Real estate companies First American Title andNew Century Planning Associates and law firmJaverbaum Wurgaft Hicks Kahn Wikstrom & Sininshave agreed to join the property, which now has 24,478 square feetremaining available.

“The next newest building in Freehold is 25 years old,” anotherleasing advantage, says William “Billy” Procida,president of Procida Funding, which provided $4million in financing to the project through its 100 Mile Fund.
