CARY, NC-The Crown Companies based in Dobson, North Carolina, has purchased an empty retail building located at N.C. 55 and High House Road in Cary from The Kroger Co. based in Cincinnati for $4.1 million. The shopping center building spanning 55,000 square feet was occupied by Kroger until 2008.
According to The Crown Companies' partner, Dean Marion, the shopping center was originally constructed by the company and Kroger in 2005. The company intends to sell or lease the property, Marion added. For the full story, go to Triangle Business Journal .
