WASHINGTON, DC-Greystar Real Estate Partners is seeking to market its Grosvenor Tower, a 237-unit apartment building located at 10301 Grosvenor Place in Bethesda. The Maryland Department of Assessments and Taxation has reported that Greystar has hired Jones Lang LaSalle to sell the property, which is valued at $40 million.
Greystar bought the high-rise building for $87 million or roughly $367,100 per apartment in 2008. The company then spent $4.2 million additionally to renovate the apartments. For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal .
