VALENCIA, CA-PacTen Partners has sold its roughly 15,000-square-foot building located at 28721 Industry Drive in Valencia to Adept Fasteners, a distributor of fasteners for the aircraft market, for an undisclosed price. According to NAI Capital Inc.'s David Young, the purchase price was lower than the asking price of $ 1,785,000.
