FAYETTEVILLE, GA-Thompson National Properties LLC's subsidiary, TNP Strategic Retail Trust Inc., a REIT based in Irvine, California, has purchased Summit Point Shopping Center located in Fayetteville, Georgia, for $16.7 million. CP Summit Retail LLC was the seller of the Publix supermarket-anchored retail center. The two-building center having 104,572 leasable square feet also comprises a land spanning 5,000 square feet and two more ground-leased outparcels.
