CINCINNATI-According to Cincinnati Enquirer, Visconsi Buttermilk Ltd., an affiliate of Visconsi Cos., has bought the Buttermilk shopping center for $18.3 million through a bankruptcy sale. Remke Markets, Ashley Furniture and Home Depot are the anchor tenants of the retail center in Cincinnati. Developer Bear Creek Capital spent $56 million to construct the retail building spanning 277,533 square feet.
