OAK CREEK, WI-WPC Technologies Inc., a manufacturer based in Milwaukee, has purchased an industrial building measuring approximately 74,000 square feet at 7350 S. 6th St. in Oak Creek for $950,000. The 4.7-acre site was sold by AnchorBank.
The one-story industrial facility has been listed on the market for $1.35 million. WPC Technologies will sell its four-building complex at 300 S.
