SPRINGFIELD, OH-AdCare Health Systems Inc. has acquired a skilled nursing and assisted living facility in Springfield. The Springfield-based company has purchased the community, which comprises 179 beds, for an amount of $12.5 million.
The community, acquired by AdCare, includes Eaglewood Village, an assisted living facility comprising 80 beds, and Eaglewood Village Care Center, a skilled nursing facility comprising 113 beds.
