
NEW YORK CITY-Rockbridge Capital has acquired a hotel on West 35th Street in New York City. The company has paid $69.5 million for the Hampton Inn, a 146-room hotel at 59 W. 35th St.
Magna Hospitality was the seller of the Hampton Inn. The sales price breaks down to about $476,027 per room. Alan Assaf, Rockbridge Capital's investment manager, stated that Magna will continue to manage the hotel. For the full story, go to New York Post .
