CHICAGO-Ventures of TLC Management Co., an apartment management company based in Chicago, have purchased two apartment buildings in Hyde Park last month for $29.1 million. Chicago-based Irmco Properties & Management Corp. was the seller of the multifamily properties.
County records showed that one venture acquired the 167-unit Flamingo on the Lake complex at 5500 South Shore Drive for $20.1 million and another venture bought the 196-unit Versailles complex at 5254 S. Dorchester Ave. for $9 million. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
