RALEIGH, NC-The Brookdale Group, a commercial real estate investment firm based in Atlanta, has acquired Trinity Place, an 112,000-square-foot office building at 1201 Edwards Mills Road in Raleigh, from Hillsboro, Oregon-based Teufel-Trinity Place LLC. The office building was constructed in 2001.
Current occupiers in the building include AeroTek, AT&T, CapStrat and RSM McGladrey. Fairfield Asset Advisors, a real estate advisory firm based in Denver, brokered the $15.4-million deal for the seller and the buyer. For the full story, go to Triangle Business Journal .
