ST. LOUIS-Memphis-based Education Realty Trust has bought a four-story apartment complex at 3949 Lindell Blvd. near Saint Louis University for approximately $28.5 million. The 256-bed complex contains 197 studio and one- and two-bedroom apartments.
City records showed that 3949 Lindell's previous owner was Dallas-based GB St. Louis 1 Temp LLC. The complex, constructed in 2008, includes a fitness center, pool and parking garage. It is currently 91% occupied. For the full story, go to St. Louis Business Journal .
