SAN DIEGO-Colima Linda LP has sold an apartment community consisting of 116 units at 7575 Linda Vista Road in San Diego. Klingbeil Capital Management has paid $15.9 million for the multifamily property.
The Colima Linda Apartments comprises studio and single- and double-bedroom units, and it includes tennis and sand volleyball courts, fitness center, common laundry area, clubhouse and swimming pool and spa.
