WINDSOR, CO-Windsor Renewal I, a unit of The Broe Group, is moving ahead to develop the Great Western Industrial Park in Windsor. The company has acquired 500,000 square feet of industrial buildings and 320 acres of land in the 1,800-acre park from Eastman Kodak Co.
