PARIS-TF1 has purchased the Aile Sud office building in 54, rue de la Voie Lactee from Union Investment Real Estate for an undisclosed price. The nine-story building comprises 78,738 square feet of office space.

Union Investment bought the Boulogne-Billancourt building in 1999 for its fund UniImmo: Europa. The company sold the Marriott Champs-Elysees, the Espace Gaymard and the Les Renardieres office buildings in 2011 for EUR 450 million. Gide and SJ Berwin represented Union Investment in the sale.
