WASHINGTON, DC-Skanska USA Commercial Development Inc. has acquired two parcels in the NoMa neighborhood of Washington with plans to construct a multifamily property there. The company is seeking architects for the 300-unit apartment project, called 22 M Street.
The new apartment building will be the first multifamily project for the developer in the District. Skanska USA is also constructing two other buildings in the same block. It purchased these properties in January 2011 for $41 million. For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal .
