IRVING, TX-Atlanta-based The Brookdale Group has bought Williams Square, a property comprising 1.4 million square feet of Class A office space in Las Colinas. The company has acquired the Williams Square complex, which contains a 26-story office tower, for its Brookdale Investors Six LP fund.
The new owner is planning to spend approximately $10 million to improve the property, which is 92.5% leased to 64 tenants. In the deal, the seller was represented by Holliday Fenoglio Fowler's Dallas office. For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal .
