BALTIMORE-The Korth Cos. Inc. has acquired the Scott Group Industrial Portfolio in Prince George's and Anne Arundel counties. The portfolio, which comprises 200,000 square feet of space, includes the 54,400- and 16,500-square-foot facilities in Capitol Heights, a 47,000-square-foot facility in Landover and Crain Centre, a 75,000-square-foot building in Glen Burnie.
