BUFFALO, NY-The owners of a box and crate manufacturing company based in Tonawanda have sold their facility in Tonawanda to a local investment group in a sale-lease back deal. Kimcar LLC, a subsidiary of Wisconsin Box Co., sold the 98,750-square-foot building to 99 Wales Avenue LLC for $1.75 million.
