LONDON-The West End of London Property Unit Trust has acquired 98 Theobalds Road in London for GBP 65 million. The company has taken the freehold of the nine-story office building through a corporate entity managed by Crescent Heights.
The 135,000-square-foot building is entirely leased to Warner Bros Entertainment. Land Securities renovated and rebuilt the office building in the late 1990s.
