BUFFALO, NY-Cleveland-based Developer's Diversified Realty Corp. has sold the Seneca Ridge Plaza, a 62,585-square-foot retail plaza in West Seneca. Seneca Ridge Plaza LLC, an investment group based in Rochester, has purchased the retail property for $2.525 million.

DDR listed the plaza with the Rochester office of Pyramid Brokerage Co. for $2.1 million. It acquired the property in 2004. Current occupiers in the plaza include Dollar General, Planet Fitness and Supercuts. For the full story, go to Buffalo Business First .
