SAN DIEGO-Two mixed-use properties in Gaslamp Quarter, a neighborhood of downtown San Diego, have changed hands. Jorge Sampietro has purchased the Nesmith Greeley Building, a loft apartment and retail building measuring 18,031 square feet on Fifth Avenue, from Street Retail West I and the Gaslamp Quarter Hotel, a 6,000-square-foot residential and retail building on Fourth Avenue, from Latifondista LLC.
