PHOENIX-TriGate Capital LLC, a real estate investment firm based in Dallas, has bought a six-story, 353,823-square-foot retail portfolio in the Phoenix area for an approximated $26.8 million. Special servicer C-III Realty Services has sold the portfolio for an approximated $75 per square foot.
The properties include Scottsdale Crossing; Gilbert Crossing and Lindsay Square in Gilbert; Alma Elliot Square in Chandler; Crossroads at Tolleson in Tolleson; and an unnamed property in Avondale.
