
LONDON-The Cityhold Property AB group, the joint venture of First and Second Swedish National Pension Funds, has acquired a freehold office building measuring 260,569 square feet at 1 Kingdom Street in Paddington, London. A joint venture between Union Investment Real Estate GmbH and Aviva Investors was the developer and owner of the property.
