MIAMI-TotalBank has sold an apartment complex situated on the border of Miami International Airport at discount. The Miami-based bank snapped the property at 4325 and 4335 N.W. Tamiami Canal Drive South from Out Island Properties in October.
Yellow Leaf Development, an affiliate of TotalBank, sold the 90-unit Airport Villas Suites apartment complex to Aventura-based Airport Villas Investment for $6.5 million.
