NEW YORK CITY-Privet Investments has sold Park & Coast, an 11-building apartment portfolio located in Brooklyn, for a price of $120 million to a private investor. The per-unit price of the 820-apartment portfolio was $150,000 per apartment. The properties, including 855 Ocean Avenue, are situated either near the water in Sheepshead Bay, Crown Heights or Brighton Beach or close to Prospect Park.
