ALBANY, NY-Michael Della Bella, president of D'ella Auto Group, has bought a former Saturn dealership site on Quaker Road in Queensbury $1.55 million. The property was sold by Richard Perrella.
The former Saturn dealership property sits on 5.7-acre plot at the corner of Lafayette Street and Quaker Avenue. Richard Perrella put the property on the market with an asking price of $2.3 million. The deal was closed on December 22. For the full story, go to The Business Review .
