MINNETONKA, MN-Founders Properties, a real estate investment company based in Minnetonka, has paid $22.75 million for an office structure in Minnetonka.

MINNETONKA, MN-Founders Properties, a real estate investment company based in Minnetonka, has paid $22.75 million for an office structure in Minnetonka. The company has purchased the five-story office building, located at 5995 Opus Parkway, from Norcross, Georgia-based Wells Real Estate Investment Trust II.

Gerald Rauenhorst and Richard Schulze are the owners of Founders. Wells Real Estate Investment Trust bought the office building for $22.7 million in 2005. For the full story, go to Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal .
