SCOTTSDALE, AZ-El Segundo, California-based Westport Capital Partners LLC has bought Scottsdale Financial Center II, a three-building, 150,000-square-foot office building at 4141 N. Scottsdale Road in Scottsdale. The Class A office building is 71% occupied by Coventry Health Care.
Terms of the deal were not revealed. In the lease deal, Coventry was represented by Jim Sadler, Harry Klaff and Pat Williams of Jones Lang LaSalle.
