GILBERT, AZ-LWI Properties, a Southern California developer, has acquired 17 acres of land near SanTan Village Mall from Arizona-based LeSueur Investments III with plans to construct 382 apartments. The apartment parcel, located on the southwest corner of Ray Road and SanTan Village Parkway, changed hands for $5.3 million.
