
WASHINGTON, DC-Mitsui Fudosan America Inc. has acquired an 80% stake in The Homer Building, a 422,000-square-foot office building at 601 13th St., for $252 million. The company has taken the majority stake in the 12-story tower from Investa Office Fund.
The Homer Building was opened in 1913. Since 2005, Investa had held the controlling interest in the property. Mitsui will own the building along with 13th and G Street Ltd. and Kann Sons Co. For the full story, go to Commercial Property Executive .
