WASHINGTON, DC-Rock Creek Property Group has acquired two Washington-area properties for a combined $8.8 million. The District-based company has purchased 28,700-square-foot structure at 1100 16th St. NW for $4.7 million and Juniper Gardens, a 71-unit apartment community at 815-825 Juniper St. NW and 7700-7730 Eastern Ave. NW, for $4.1 million.
Rock Creek is planning to convert the 1100 16th St. property into a headquarters building and renovate Juniper Gardens. The company acquired the two properties through Rock Creek Fund I Investors LLC. For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal .
