IRVING, TX-Brookdale Investors Six LP has purchased The Towers at Williams Square, a four-building Class A office complex located in Irving, Texas. TIAA-CREF was the seller of the property spanning 1.4 million square feet. The complex comprises the 26-story, 614,500-square-foot Central Tower and two 14-story, 363-400-square-foot buildings called the West Tower and East Tower. It also includes the 5-story, 52,000-square-foot Chamber Tower, an 8000-square-foot cafe and an 8000-square-foot fitness facility.
