ASPEN, CO-New York-based Ashkenazy Acquisition Corp. has made an acquisition in Aspen. The private investment firm has purchased the Little Nell, a ski-in hotel and retail complex at 675 E. Durant Ave.
The Aspen Skiing Co. LLC was the seller of the complex. The acquisition amount for the 103,900-square-foot complex, which houses the Ajax Tavern, was not included by Ashkenazy. In 2010, the investment firm bought the retail condominium that houses the Il Mulino restaurant at the foot of Ajax Mountain. For the full story, go to Denver Business Journal .
