TOLUCA LAKE, CA-M West Holdings has bought Cahuenga Plaza, an office building measuring 73,150 square feet at 4130 Cahuenga Blvd. near Toluca Lake. Financial details of the deal were not revealed.
The office complex is situated beside the Universal Studios Theme Park, NBC/Universal's headquarters and several film studios. Polaris Property Management has been selected to manage the complex. The financing package was provided by Bank of America's Malcolm Johnson. Matthew Ziegler with Marcus and Millichap handled the deal for M West.
