NORCROSS, GA-A branch of Carter Validus Mission Critical REIT Inc. has agreed to purchase Northwoods Data Center, a 33,000-square-foot property in Norcross, for $5.3 million, or about $160 per square foot. The data center is 100% occupied by a single tenant.
