
CHICAGO-Developer John O'Donnell, the former executive of John Buck Co., has purchased a West Loop site with plans to construct an office building along the Chicago River. He also has secured a $10-million loan from Northern Trust Co.
The development site, located at 400 W. Randolph St., was sold by another developer, Michael Reschke. City approval for the development is still pending. O'Donnell also will need to purchase an adjacent parcel owned by the city for the project. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
