HOUSTON-Miami-based Parmenter Realty Partners has acquired Brookhollow Central, a three-building, 806,004-square-foot office complex in Houston, for an undisclosed price. The office complex, situated at the junction of Highway 290 and North Loop West, was sold by a subsidiary of Thomas Properties Group Inc.
In late last year, Parmenter bought Woodland Park Plaza, a 226,000-square-foot building in Westchase. H. Dan Miller and Jeff Hollinden of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler LP negotiated the sale on behalf of Thomas Properties. For the full story, go to Houston Business Journal .
