ALBANY, NY-Scott Earl has included a strip mall to his real property portfolio in Saratoga County. He has paid $2.2 million for the strip mall located at 1675 Route 9 in Halfmoon.
Plaza 9 Associates LLC, an entity formed by Earl, has purchased the shopping plaza from Watkins Realty LLC. The Halfmoon deal was closed on December 27.
