PARIS-CBRE Global Investors has acquired Centre Commercial Boissenart, a 123,246-square-foot shopping center in Cesson - Savigny le Temple, on behalf of its European Shopping Centre Fund. The company has purchased the property, situated in the Paris Region, from Klepierre.
The purchase price of the retail center was roughly EUR 68 million. The Auchan Hypermarket-anchored center contains 52 units that are leased to international and national brands and smaller independent retailers. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
