LONDON-Tishman Speyer has purchased Eland House, a 253,000-square-foot property in London, from Land Securities for GBP 171.1 million. Land Securities has sold the building, situated on Bressenden Place, from its London Portfolio.
Eland House, built in 1995 by Land Securities, is leased to HM Government and it currently accommodates the Department for Communities and Local Government. In the deal, the buyer was advised by Jones Lang LaSalle and the seller was advised by CBRE. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
