ATLANTA-An affiliate of a real estate company based in Miami has agreed to buy the remaining unsold condos in The Atlantic, a 401-unit tower in Midtown. ST Residential, a subsidiary of Starwood Capital, will sell the unsold condos in the 47-story building to a Crescent Heights affiliate.
Since 2010, ST Residential has sold 73 units in The Atlantic. It is unclear whether the new owner will keep the units as condos or change them to rentals. For the full story, go to Atlanta Business Chronicle .
