MEMPHIS-WI Memphis LLC has paid approximately $1.68 million for the Pleasant View Apartments, a 252-unit complex in North Memphis. The multifamily property was sold by Maclellan Foundation Inc.
The company has owned and operated over 1,500 units in the Memphis and Chicago areas. Steve Woodyard from Woodyard Realty Corp. handled the Memphis apartment deal.
