MUNICH-Real I.S. has purchased Schorghuber's corporate headquarters in Munich. The building complex, which comprises gross leasable area of nearly 102,257 square feet, is situated in Arabellapark on Denninger Strasse.
The property was developed in 1994 and it is leased to Schorghuber Group on a long-term basis. Arabellapark is an estate created by the Schorghuber group of companies. Real I.S. has set aside the property for a new investment fund. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
